How It Works
The aspect ratio calculator uses the Euclidean algorithm to find the GCD (Greatest Common Divisor) of width and height, simplifying the ratio. For example, 1920×1080 has a GCD of 120, yielding 16:9. Given one dimension and a ratio, it automatically calculates the other, with presets for common ratios (16:9, 4:3, 21:9, etc.).
