- Bug reports — Tell us which tool, what input you used, and what went wrong. Mentioning your browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) and device (desktop/mobile) helps us reproduce the issue faster.
- Tool requests — Let us know what tool you need and what you would use it for. Tools that can run entirely in the browser get prioritized.
- Feature suggestions — Anything that felt awkward or missing in an existing tool.
- Content corrections — Found incorrect information in a blog post or tool description? Send us the page URL and we will fix it.
- Business & partnerships — Advertising, partnership, and other business inquiries go to the same address.

Are all tools really free?
Yes. Every tool on Toolneat is free to use with no sign-up, no hidden paid features, and no usage limits.
Where are my uploaded files stored?
Nowhere. All file processing — images, PDFs, everything — happens inside your browser and never reaches our servers. See the privacy policy for details.
A tool is not working properly.
First, make sure your browser is up to date and try a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5). If the problem persists, email us a short description and we will look into it.
When will my requested tool be added?
We prioritize by how often a tool is requested and how feasible it is to build in the browser. Most feasible requests ship within a few weeks, and we will reply to let you know when yours is live.
