Toolneat is a free collection of online tools designed for developers and everyday users alike. We help you simplify complex tasks and speed up your daily workflow. Currently offering over 107 tools, we continuously add new ones to cover more use cases.

Whether you are a web developer formatting code or encoding data, a student converting units or using calculators, or an office worker editing PDFs or processing images, Toolneat provides the right tool for every moment. No software installation required — just open your browser and get started.

Our Philosophy

Toolneat is built on three core values:

  • Accessibility — Everyone should be able to use our tools for free, without creating an account. We sustain operations through advertising while keeping the user experience clean and unobtrusive.
  • Privacy — Your data belongs to you. Text you type, images you upload, and files you convert are all processed within your browser and never sent to our servers.
  • Quality — Rather than just increasing the number of tools, we focus on making each tool genuinely useful and accurate, with continuous improvements based on user feedback.

Features

  • Completely Free — Use all tools without limits. No hidden paid features or usage caps.
  • No Sign-up Required — Start using tools instantly. No email verification or account creation needed.
  • Privacy First — All data processing happens in your browser, so sensitive information never passes through external servers.
  • Fast — Get instant results with client-side processing, no server round-trips required.
  • Multilingual — Available in Korean and English, with easy language switching at any time.
  • Responsive Design — Optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Dark Mode — Comfortable viewing in both bright and dark environments.

Tech Stack

Toolneat uses modern web technologies to deliver a fast and reliable experience.

  • Frontend — Built with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for a lightweight experience with zero framework overhead.
  • Styling — Tailwind CSS v4 provides a consistent design system across all pages.
  • Hosting — Deployed on Cloudflare Pages for fast global access from anywhere in the world.
  • Image/PDF Processing — Leverages Web APIs (Canvas, File API, etc.) and trusted open-source libraries.
  • Search — Fuse.js powers fuzzy search so you can quickly find the tool you need.

Security and Privacy Principles

Toolneat prioritizes user security and privacy at every level.

  • When you upload files, all processing occurs in browser memory and is released immediately after completion.
  • The site is served over HTTPS, and all external resources are loaded securely.
  • We do not use fingerprinting or personal identification techniques for tracking users.
  • Security-related tools like the password generator and hash generator use the browser's Web Crypto API for cryptographically secure results.

About the Creator

Toolneat is a personal project built and maintained by a working web developer. The goal is to provide commonly used tools that anyone can access for free, right in the browser, without installing anything.

Working as a developer, I found myself repeatedly needing small utilities like JSON formatting, Base64 encoding, and hash generation throughout the day. Instead of jumping between different websites or installing separate programs each time, I decided to build all the tools I frequently use in one place. It started with developer tools, but requests from friends and colleagues expanded the scope to include image editing, PDF processing, calculators, and other everyday utilities.

I work on Toolneat during evenings and weekends, adding new tools and improving existing ones whenever I can. If you have suggestions for new features or run into any issues, I would love to hear from you.
