• All tools are provided free of charge with no usage limits or feature restrictions.
• Most tools run locally in your browser, so user data is not transmitted to our servers.

2. Service Provision and Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. Toolneat makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.

• Calculation results, conversion outputs, and generated content from tools are for reference purposes. Please independently verify results before using them for important decisions.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted operation of the Service.
• Some features may not function properly depending on browser compatibility or network conditions.

3. Usage Rules

Users must use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

• You are responsible for downloading and saving your work output in a timely manner.

5. Limitation of Liability

Toolneat and its operators are not liable for the following in connection with use of the Service:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the tools
• Accuracy or completeness of tool output
• Damages resulting from service interruptions, errors, or data loss
• Service issues caused by failures in third-party libraries or CDNs

In no event shall the maximum liability of the Service exceed the amount paid by the user to the Service (which is $0, as the Service is free).

6. Intellectual Property

The following intellectual property provisions apply to Toolneat:

• Rights to the site's design, logo, brand name, and source code belong to Toolneat.
• Rights to output generated by users using the tools (converted files, generated code, etc.) belong to the user.
• Open-source libraries used in the Service are subject to their respective license terms.

7. Advertising

Toolneat may display advertisements through Google AdSense to cover service operating costs. Ad content does not represent the opinions or endorsement of Toolneat, and Toolneat is not liable for issues that arise on external sites accessed through advertisements.

8. Service Changes and Termination

Toolneat reserves the following rights:

• To add, modify, or remove Service features.
• To temporarily or permanently suspend the Service due to technical issues, security concerns, or other reasons.
• To restrict access for users who violate the usage rules.

Where possible, significant changes will be announced in advance through the site.

9. Terms Changes
